A few answers before we talk about your project.
What sort of projects do you take on?
Plastering and rendering are our core trade. We also work on extensions, garage conversions, home renovations and open-plan structural alterations. You can ask us about a complete project or the particular stages you need help with.
Do you cover my area?
We cover every town on the Wirral and most towns across Merseyside and Cheshire. Send your postcode with your enquiry and we’ll confirm whether we can help with your project.
How do I get a quote?
Select Get a quote, choose your work and follow the tiles. Add any photos or plans you have. We’ll respond within 48 hours to discuss the details and whether a site visit is needed. The form starts a conversation; it does not give an instant fixed price.
Do I need plans or a structural engineer first?
You can contact us at the ideas stage. Tell us what drawings or professional advice you already have. If you need help arranging an engineer, or want us to speak with yours, select that in your enquiry. We’ll discuss the next steps and who will handle any approvals before work starts.
Can we stay at home during the work?
Often this depends on the rooms involved and the work required. Let us know if you’ll be living there so we can discuss access, dust, noise, protection and essential facilities. We’ll agree practical arrangements for your home before starting.
How are the price and payments agreed?
The quotation should set out the agreed work, materials and any exclusions. Payment stages and any deposit are agreed before work begins. If you want to change the work, we’ll discuss the effect on cost and timing before proceeding.
Can I choose a start date?
Yes. Select your preferred day in the enquiry calendar, or choose a rough timeframe if you’re still planning. This is a preference rather than a confirmed booking. We’ll confirm availability with you; work visits are planned around a morning arrival.
Is there a charge for a visit or quotation?
Please ask us to confirm any visit, survey or quotation charge when arranging the next step. Sending an enquiry does not book a paid visit. Drawings and specialist advice may have separate fees.
